Every day, I offer consultations, educate, and teach how to interpret the body’s signals, select appropriate nutrition, supplementation, and therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs, functional test results, and genetic profiles.

My approach blends biomedical methods, nutrigenomics, homeopathy, and emotional and lifestyle support—showing that health is a process you can intentionally shape.
