I am passionate to continue to discover how the food affects the body at cellular level and patient centered approach to healing and education.

My practice is very much individualized patient education -centered where each client is thriving and, encouraged to become own doctor. Lifestyle medicine for me is a new model of wellness, an opportunity for us to understand and tap into that part of health where it is a long-term goal of optimizing the health today for the long-term wellness of tomorrow and beyond.

I practice Functional Medicine, a Lifestyle Medicine, the more I practice the more I become aware just how much the environmental exposures pull the trigger. I have deepened over the past few years into the CIRS and inflammatory cascade, cell danger response, mould exposure, immune reactivity being the major root causes of the chronic conditions, and the ones that seem to trigger the expressions of certain genes. Matching this field of nutrigenomics with appropriate testing to help conduct the “inquiry” is important and is one is the centre points of my practice.

My quest for knowledge has allowed me to partake in specialist training with some of the most respected functional medical doctors and specialists in their fields. I’ve completed training with leading specialists including a comprehensive training with The Buck Institute for Research on Aging MPI Cognition with Dr. Dale Bredesen, and am a registered practitioner for MPI Cognition RECODE protocol which focused on the reversal of Alzheimer’s stage I and II.

I have completed training with Dr Klinghardt on Autonomic Nervous System Respond and incorporate his testing and approach in my practice as well as some other valuable collaborations in the field of environmental exposures and its part on epigentics expressions.

This left me hungry for delving far deeper into the biochemistry of nutrition, and so I took my studies further to train with the innovative Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), whose approach to health truly resonated with me.

I travel to the United States twice each year to attend postgraduate training to further my knowledge and best help my clients. keep updated on the research in my fields by attending numerous medical seminars and conferences, specifically in mitochondrial, autoimmunity and gastrointestinal health, and toxic exposure.

In addition to my one-to-one work in clinical practice, I am also an on-site Nutritionist with renowned specialist retreat companies and collaborate with other clinical practices. Currently she is co- writing the courses with NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) specialist Anouk Macchetti - a chapter on gut - brain connection.
